Infrastructure Aquisition

F1 Solutions has successfully completed the acquisition of Solutions Integrated Networks (SINetworks), a specialist network and ICT infrastructure company.

SINetworks was a local company that had been providing network, server and desktop solutions to organisations in the Canberra and surrounding regions. The solutions included network and infrastructure design, implementation, system support and maintenance services as well as procurement of hardware and software products. SINetworks also provided email hosting, website development and web hosting services.

The acquisition of SINetworks strengthens F1 Solutions network and infrastructure services offering and we now offer the following new services:

  • Single point of contact - Centralised help desk support.
  • Continuous automated centralised monitoring of client’s servers that are located on client’s premises.
  • Remote problem determination and resolution of desktop related problems that individual users may experience.
  • Offsite storage of backup tapes; we pick up the backup tape and store it securely on F1 Solutions premises and make the tape available in case of an emergency or disaster.
  • Email services.
  • E-Business solution development and web hosting services complete with shopping cart and online payment solution.

Director of F1 Solutions, Gustad Boman said “As a unified organisation we are able to deliver to our clients solutions and services that tackle some or all aspects of their requirements while retaining a holistic perspective. Together, we can focus on providing well engineered and robust solutions in network design, implementation, support, maintenance and web hosting services.”
