TravelPack

TravelPack is an overseas travel allowance calculator and acquittal package which can be used with Microsoft Windows. Trialled and proven to save up to 75% of a travel clerk's time spent on these tasks, TravelPack is used by most Australian Government organisations.

TravelPack offers the following capabilities:

• Allowances for accommodation, meals, incidentals, equipment and other expenses related to travel, are automatically calculated;
• Group travel made easy by a simple trip copy facility;
• Import overseas allowance rates at the click of a mouse;
• Acquittals are readily calculated after the trip by recalling the advance and only changing those items that are different;
• Print letters giving officers details of the advance or results of the acquittal;
• Print reports for the accounts area to recover/pay differences after a trip;
• Customise budget allocations by department, cost centre or program area;
• Records travellers details such as officer class and contact details;
• Manages passports and visas with ease;
• Management information reports both detailed and summary; and

TravelPack Update

To update TravelPack to version 2.5.10, you must download and run the TravelPack update wizard. Click here to download TravelPack v2.5.10 Update (3.54 Mb).

Installation Steps

1. Click the appropriate icon above;
2. Select 'Run this program from its current location';
3. Click Ok;
4. You may receive a warning that the product has not been digitally signed; this is normal. Click 'Yes' to run the update; and 
5. Follow the steps through the wizard to update TravelPack.
