F1 Solutions specialises in three areas:

Our market segment focus is small to medium sized organisations as well as work groups, divisions and sections within large public and private organisations. This specialisation enables us to deliver effective solutions and services at a reasonable cost.
We are an Australian company incorporated in the ACT and have been operating in the ACT since 1995. Our public and private sector clients include (to name a few) Department of Defence – Corporate Services and Infrastructure Group, Australian Protective Service (APS), Fisheries R&D Corporation (FRDC), Australian Nursing Council (ANC), National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI), Agsafe, National Occupational Health and Safety Commission (NOHSC), Health Insurance Commission, ATSIS, National Food Industries Strategy (NFIS), Indigenous Community Volunteers (ICV), DoHA, Epicorp, TradeNotes, Kingsley’s Chicken and Fuji-Xerox.
We have developed a number of software products which we market and sell. Our TravelPack product is used by most of the Federal government agencies. We have been supporting TravelPack clients and enhancing the product since 1996. Department of Defence is our largest TravelPack client. We have developed a web version of TravelPack called Travel Budget Calculator (TBC) which is used by Defence. Some of our other products are, FoodInfo, Accessable Accounting, R&DPack (Funds and Project Management) and CRAM (office floor space management based on technical floor plan).
We design and implement functional and effective network (LAN, WAN and VPN), server and desktop solutions. We pay particular attention to the security aspect of the network to ensure protection from the many known and potential threats. Our strong relationship with Dell, CellNet Group and Express Data enables us to procure and on-sell hardware and software products below regular retail price.
Our team of Business Analysts provide consultancy services such as systems analysis, IT risk analysis, technical advice and quality assurance of existing, new and systems under development.
The application development technology we specialise in is Microsoft .Net. We have developed applications in VB.Net, C#.Net and ASP. Net. We specialise in Microsoft SQL Server and provide DBA and regular monthly maintenance service. We use CompuWare products to produce maintainable and well tested software.
We have the rare combination of software specialists, network specialists, system specialists (e.g. Windows operating system – desktop and server, IIS, SQL Server, Exchange, ISA, etc), hardware specialists and security specialists. We are able to view any given situation holistically and design and develop a well architected solution with a keen eye for detail.
We are working with Austrade to export our products and services to the USA, Asia and the Middle East.
