F1 Solutions is able to provide Help Desk support during extended business hours (8am to 6pm), out of business hours, weekends and public holidays. We can also
provide remote problem determination and resolution service, for users who have internet connection, using VPN and VNC.
A monthly support agreement during business hours may be acceptable depending on the problem or
type of support required. This support would include Help Desk calls, remote
trouble shooting or on-site visit to the Central Office to rectify a problem. A
support agreement of this type is necessary so that F1 Solutions keeps its
knowledge of the client and system current and therefore provides effective
support service.
F1 Solutions currently provides Windows support services to a number of organisations. This
support is either provided as part of a monthly support agreement, ad-hoc or a
tailored contract basis. We support the following Windows based environments.
