This service has been provided on a pro bono basis, with remote desktop support, technical on-call advice, website hosting and equipment maintenance and provision, and general ICT advice being provided on a significantly discounted basis.
F1 Solutions worked closely with non-technical stakeholders and administrative staff to help the organisation to define its needs, providing a roadmap for the IT upgrade.
